Next Steps is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker in Bromley to help young adults with learning disabilities develop life skills and confidence. You will follow person-centered plans, support daily activities, and assist with personal care and medications when required.
The role includes participating in arts, sports, gardening, and wellbeing activities, covering sleep-in shifts with an extra £60 per sleep-in, and a comprehensive training package.
