Shift times: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay rate: £17.25 – £18.25 per hour (depending on shift)

We’re pr hour looking for Complex Care Support Workers to join our team in Bristol, supporting clients with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, and other complex needs.

• Providing tailored care and support to meet the client’s individual needs.
• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Administering medication and monitoring health.
• Supporting the client in the community, including social activities.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Keeping accurate care records and reporting any changes.
• Working closely with healthcare professionals and family members.

• Previous experience in care, ideally with brain injury and challenging behaviours.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a great sense of humour.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Full UK driving licence.
