Helping Hands in Bristol is seeking a Care Coordinator to support carers, customers and the wider community. You’ll work with the Branch Care Manager to ensure visits are well-planned and customers receive reliable, compassionate care.
You’ll lead supervision, help recruit and onboard carers, review care plans and look for opportunities to grow the branch. A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and a full UK driving licence are preferred; strong communication and decision‑making skills are essential.
