We're looking for Complex Care Support Workers to join our team in Bristol, supporting clients with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy , and other complex needs.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll be part of a supportive team helping someone live life to the fullest – from daily care to fun outings like bowling and meals out.

Please note:

A full UK driving licence is essential.

• Providing tailored care and support to meet the client’s individual needs.
• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Administering medication and monitoring health.
• Supporting the client in the community – including social activities.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Keeping accurate care records and reporting any changes.
• Working closely with healthcare professionals and family members.

• Previous experience in care, ideally with brain injury and challenging behaviours.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a great sense of humour.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Full UK driving licence.
