Agincare is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team, providing 1:1 community-based support for a young adult near Dorchester. You will accompany them to activities and responsibilities include daily living support, personal care, and building independence.
Role requires travel between Dorchester and surrounding areas. Driving license is desirable. Shift pattern 09:00-15:00, Monday to Friday. We offer training, pension, and benefits; visa sponsorship not available.
