Springcare Westwood Hall is seeking Care Assistants to support residents with daily living, personal care, meals, and mobility in a warm, respectful environment. You will help maintain dignity and independence for residents while fostering a compassionate atmosphere.
We offer permanent full-time and part-time day or night contracts, with access to our pension, early pay options, and funded training from level 2 to 5. A straightforward recruitment process and wellbeing support are also provided.
