Bristol City Council is recruiting a Senior Reablement Support Assistant to join their city-wide Reablement Service. You will supervise reablement support assistants and manage the care element of service users' time, supporting people to leave hospital earlier and regain independence over a 42-day period.
You will work in people’s homes, assessing needs, setting goals, and reviewing progress, adapting to changing priorities.
