Consensus is recruiting for a Team Leader at Royal Gardens, Wixams, a new specialist Supported Living service near Bedford. You will lead a small team, ensure high-quality care, and help people engage in meaningful activities within the community.
You should have experience in the social care sector and be capable of guiding staff, coordinating shifts, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Induction and DBS checks are provided.
