Home Group is seeking a flexible Support Coordinator to lead planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support across Gloucestershire (Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud).
You will balance safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads, support customers with daily tasks, work with multi-agency teams to safeguard customers and help them move on into the community.
