Vita Health Group, in partnership with the NHS, is seeking a proactive GP Liaison Officer to support services across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. This field-based role acts as the key link between Vita Health Group and local GP practices, healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.
You will drive referrals into our mental health services, promote our offerings, build strong stakeholder relationships and use data to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
