Dmc Healthcare is seeking a Care Navigator/Administrator to be the first point of contact at two Chadwick Road Surgery and Crystal Palace Road Surgery. You will handle calls, signpost patients, schedule appointments and support clinicians.
You will work as part of a friendly team, uphold patient confidentiality, manage registrations, and assist with referrals and general enquiries in a busy primary care environment.
