South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Principal Psychological Therapist to lead a staff wellbeing initiative addressing racially motivated abuse and violence. The role is fixed-term for 12 months and may support secondments for current staff.
The post reports to the Trust Head of Psychology & Psychotherapies and will work with a project coordinator and an Assistant Psychologist, building a trauma-informed response pathway across wards and services.
