Home Care Direct is seeking a kind, patient and enthusiastic Support Worker to help a gentleman in his late 30s enjoy life, explore his interests and take part in activities that bring him happiness. You will provide 1:1 support at home and in the community, with a focus on person-centred care and meaningful experiences.
The role includes assisting with personal care, daily living, meals, mobility and safety, plus accompanying him on outdoor activities. A full UK driving licence is essential.
