Medical Science Liaison (MSL) South

Proclinical is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join a dynamic team in the South UK region. This hybrid role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) while supporting medical education programs, clinical trials, and scientific discussions. The position requires a collaborative individual with a passion for advancing medical knowledge and enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with HCPs and KOLs within the South UK region.

Develop and implement medical education programs tailored to local needs.

Lead scientific discussions with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and sharing relevant literature.

Gather medical insights from HCPs to inform strategy development and actionable tactics.

Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in engaging influential experts in the field.

Ensure compliance with local regulatory guidelines while supporting clinical trials.

Manage medical inquiries from HCPs within the assigned territory.

Participate in national and international congresses, team meetings, and other events, including occasional weekend travel.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience in Medical Affairs or as a Medical Science Liaison.

Expertise in developing and delivering medical training programs.

Strong knowledge of clinical development processes.

Ability to operate compliantly in a field-based role and collaborate across medical and commercial functions.

Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in aesthetics or dermatology is highly beneficial.

Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.

Goal-oriented, innovative, and adaptable with a proactive approach to challenges.
