We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our agency care home team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their daily needs, and supervising junior staff. Rates of pay range from £17 £ 23 per hour depending on shift pattern, with enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays.

Duties include

• Deliver personalised care in accordance with individual care plans, ensuring residents' dignity and independence are maintained.

• Supervise and support junior care staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership.

• Assist residents with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including updates to care plans and incident reports.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
