The Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to children, young people, families and adults with a range of care and support needs.

To be considered you should have:

• A minimum of one year's UK Health and Social Care experience
• A compassionate, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work confidently as part of a team
• A good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, particularly for community-based assignments

Relevant experience may include working as a Support Worker, Residential Support Worker, Children's Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Family Support Worker, Youth Support Worker or Learning Disability Support Worker.
