Barchester Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in a care home. You’ll assist with daily living, provide companionship, and ensure that each resident receives person-centred care in a warm, respectful environment.
The role is full-time (36 hours) with shifts 8am–8pm and a strong focus on delivering quality care while developing your skills through on-the-job training and a supportive team.
