Evolve Staffing Ltd. is seeking a clinical Band 7 Pharmacist to join a busy NHS hospital pharmacy department located in Bristol. This senior clinical post requires a thorough understanding of hospital pharmacy operations, acute ward-level medicines management, and clinical therapeutic monitoring across complex inpatient directorates.

Core Responsibilities & Clinical Duties:

• Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to allocated hospital wards, undertaking daily medicines reconciliation, clinical chart checks, and discharge planning.

• Provide expert advice on dosage adjustments, therapeutic drug monitoring, and drug interaction management to medical and nursing staff.

• Ensure full compliance with medicines optimisation policies, NHS drug formularies, and clinical governance frameworks.

• Support dispensary operations, aseptic preparation services, and clinical audit initiatives within the pharmacy directorate.

Essential Requirements:

• Full GPhC Registration as a Pharmacist.

• Post-graduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice (or equivalent clinical experience).

• Demonstrable NHS hospital pharmacy experience at Band 6 or Band 7 level.

• Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification is highly advantageous.
