Phoenix Futures is recruiting a Drug and Alcohol Practitioner for our Ripley Amber Valley team. The role is 30 hours per week over four days on a permanent contract, based at Ripley site.
You will manage a caseload of service users with drug and alcohol issues, delivering harm reduction interventions and structured key working to support recovery and achieve personalised treatment goals, with full induction and shadowing provided.
