What you will do:

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalised intervention plans for children and young people with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and adjust interventions as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
  • Provide training and support to staff and families to enhance the support network for our students.
  • Keep detailed records of interventions and progress, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
