This is a role for someone who already knows what good support looks like, and wants to help others get there too. You'll hold coordinator responsibility for a number of the people we support, taking the lead on developing, reviewing and evaluating their person-centred plans. You'll take on Shift Leader responsibilities when needed, offering guidance to colleagues, and you'll provide regular, good quality person-centred supervision to the staff you support.

You'll be involved in inducting, coaching and mentoring staff, particularly around active support and managing behaviour that challenges, using stress and coping plans or Positive Behaviour Support plans where relevant. As Shift Leader, you'll offer advice and guidance to colleagues, chair or take part in meetings, and maintain oversight of records, finances, medication and health and safety within your service.
This role suits someone with at least 6 months' paid experience in a health and social care or community setting, ideally with experience leading a shift or acting as a key worker, and confidence using digital systems for records, rotas and incident reporting.
