We’re looking for friendly, proactive leaders to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person-centred care, guide Care Assistants, and make sure every resident feels valued and supported.
** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
* Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents
* Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
* Support training and development for colleagues
* Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s

** NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care** (essential)
