Main duties of the job
  • Autonomously triage, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages
  • Perform treatments such as suturing, plastering, x-ray interpretation, non-medical prescribing and shift management
  • Refer patients to specialist clinics and emergency departments as needed.

Qualifications
  • Professional registration with NMC or HCPC
  • Appropriate higher education qualification for registration with governing body
  • IRMER
  • X-ray interpretation
  • Independent prescribing
Experience
  • Significant experience of autonomous practice within an urgent or emergency healthcare environment
  • IRMER and ability to interpret x-ray films
  • Experience or qualification relevant to delivering remote clinical consultations
Employer certification / accreditation badges

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
