Patient Co-ordinator, Patchway
Progressive GP Group of Practices
Looking for a career that matters?
Every day, thousands of patients contact the practices in this large, innovative group looking for help, advice and support.
As a Patient Co-ordinator, you'll be the first person they speak to.
You'll listen, guide, reassure and help patients access the right healthcare professional or service. It's a role where your communication skills, empathy and ability to stay calm under pressure can genuinely make a difference to someone's day.
No healthcare experience? No problem.
We can teach you the systems. We can teach you the processes. You will already have developed transferrable skills and qualities in your career to date.
If you're personable, organised, reliable and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you.
Why join this group?
We're one of the largest and most innovative group of GP practices in the South West, caring for more than 85,000 patients across 10 sites throughout Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
We've invested heavily in our people, systems and facilities, creating modern working environments and a supportive culture where people can build long-term careers.
