We’re seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team inley/Segensworth and play a pivotal role in our company’s growth!

As our Resourcer, you’ll be the linchpin of our recruitment process, working closely with Senior Consultant and interior team. Your mission:

• Source and profile candidates from our database and new platforms.
• Conduct daily candidate interviews (primarily over the phone).
• Prepare standout CVs and support live vacancy management.
• Build relationships with candidates, guiding them through our proven methodology.
• Keep our CRM up-to-date with candidate profiles and activity.
• Maintain our high standards of service, aligned with our ethical, empathetic, and genuine values.

• Hit your targets for calls and CVs sent!
• Be a key player in helping candidates find their dream roles.
• Drive client leads through candidate engagement.

• Familiarity with recruitment and industry processes.
• Proficiency in using internal systems like CRMs.

• Exceptional communication: verbal, written, listening, and influencing.
• Confidence in engaging passive candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and personal effectiveness.

• Work-life balance:
  Full-time (Mon-Thurs 8-4.30, Fri 8-2) or part-time (4 days/week).
