As a Senior 360 Permanent Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Join a collaborative team and contribute to growing its footprint in the USA market.
• Place high-value permanent technology roles across the US, working with established clients and winning your own.
• Play a key role in developing recruitment processes, best practices, and shaping the team’s approach.
• Collaborate in a performance-driven environment with clear growth ambitions.

We are looking for ambitious recruiters who want more than “just another desk” and are motivated by the chance to be part of a growing team attacking a major market. You will bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360° Permanent Technology recruitment, ideally with exposure to international/USA clients.
• A strong track record of billing success and client relationship management.
• A proactive, consultative approach to Business Development with the drive to make an impact.
• Ambition to grow into leadership and help scale the USA permanent technology team.
