Trainee Recruitment Consultant - What You'll Do

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Bristol office, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, screen and match candidates for roles in the construction and M&E sectors
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
• Develop new business through networking and sales activity
• Work alongside experienced consultants to learn best practice and industry knowledge

• Good at talking and listening. You're confident chatting to people on the phone, asking questions, and explaining things clearly.
• Bounce back quickly. You don't let a "no" knock you down. You stay positive and keep going.
• Enjoy working with people - You like getting to know others, understanding what they need, and building strong relationships.
• Love hitting goals. You're motivated by targets and enjoy a bit of healthy competition.
• Organised and switched on. You keep track of what needs to be done, follow up with people, and don't wait to be told.
• Naturally curious . You're interested in people and businesses, and you're not afraid to ask questions to learn more.
• Quick to learn and adapt. You're comfortable trying new things, using new systems, and thinking on your feet.
