Join us in shaping the future of People and Culture at the British Museum, as we procure a new best-in-class HR and Recruitment System (HRIS). As our People Systems & Data Advisor, you will act as our Human Resources Information System Specialist.
You’ll play a key role in improving how we manage and use people data, ensuring our systems are accurate, efficient, and aligned with the Museum’s evolving needs. You’ll be the go‑to expert for HRIS support, data analysis, and system enhancements, helping us deliver a high‑quality service to our teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward‑thinking transformation programme, working closely with our People Systems and Payroll Manager and Head of People Transformation.
Key areas of responsibility- Be the technical expert for the HRIS, providing support and coaching to colleagues and new users, reporting any required fixes, testing and supporting continuous development of the HRIS.
- Provide project support with the delivery of the HRIS project, including but not limited to the design, procurement and implementation of a modern and future‑focused HRIS.
- Ensure data integrity through validation reports to identify and correct issues, errors and anomalies in relation to post, employee, pay and reporting lines.
- Cleanse, prepare and analyse people related data to support the production of the People Management Reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
