Talent Acquisition Specialist

Ascendion is looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our growing portfolio. You will be a key member of the TA team, responsible for hiring the best possible talent for the region!

• Understand business needs, engage with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers to deploy appropriate TA solutions to fulfil requirements
• Conduct intake meetings for every requirement, partnering with the manager to influence approach and direction
• Deliver innovative sourcing solutions to meet business needs and generate diverse pools of applicants
• Support social media content and posting to help articulate value proposition to external talent
• Own the candidate experience, maintain engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond
• Work with managers to determine the best assessment and selection approach for each role, carry out applicant down select, telephone screening, interview co-ordination and testing
• Lead the offer management process, engaging with and influencing all parties to deliver best offer first time
• Occasionally work out of hours to engage with globally based colleagues and candidates where applicable
