Human Resources Advisor

As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing employee relations matters and providing guidance to managers
• Supporting and coordinating monthly payroll processes
• Supporting recruitment activity across the business
• Coaching and supporting managers on people-related matters
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience within a HR generalist or HR Advisor role
• CIPD Level 5 or studying towards
• Experience supporting payroll processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• A proactive and organised approach
