We’re now hiring a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to take ownership of a hot, high‑performing desk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and prefers account management over cold business development.

• Manage your desk:
  Own multiple vacancies and nurture existing client accounts
• Source top talent:
  Use outbound calls, referrals, and database searches
• Deliver results:
  Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborate:
  Share ideas, celebrate wins, and support junior team members

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high‑volume outbound calling environment or agency recruitment / talent acquisition
• A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and making things happen
• Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by success
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK

• Up to £28,000 base salary with uncapped commission – your earning potential is in your hands
• 4 pm finish on Fridays
