HR Manager – Hospitality Business

Location: Ideally based around Bristol / Cardiff
Salary: Up to £46,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing business supporting multiple venues and operational teams across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders and driving positive people initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations Managers and Senior Leadership teams to support talent acquisition, people development, and the creation of high-performing, engaged teams.

About You:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Proven experience delivering people development initiatives with senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel between venues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operations Managers and senior stakeholders to support business performance through effective people strategies
  • Lead and support recruitment and talent acquisition activities across multiple venues
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Support and manage employee relations cases in line with employment law and company policies
  • Deliver people development activities, coaching, and support to management teams
  • Support succession planning and talent management across the business
  • Assist with performance management processes and improvement plans
  • Ensure HR best practice is implemented consistently across all sites
