Technology Recruitment Consultant (high‑billing desk)

Pay Range: £34,000 – £45,000 + uncapped bonus.

Location:

Bristol (hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote).
Job type: full‑time, permanent.

What you will be doing
  • Owning and developing your technology recruitment desk (permanent only)
  • Building and managing high‑value client relationships
  • Driving new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to onboarding
  • Delivering permanent recruitment solutions across IT and technology roles
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in technology or IT recruitment within an agency environment
  • Strong track record of billing success, ideally within permanent recruitment
  • Confidence managing fees, rates and senior stakeholders
  • Commercially driven with a target‑focused mindset
  • Self‑sufficient, motivated and results‑oriented
