Talent Acquisition Advisor

We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to further develop their in-house experience within a collaborative, people-focused environment. As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service, supporting the hiring of specialist talent.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll shape and deliver effective hiring strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from approval through to offer Proactively sourcing candidates using a range of direct sourcing techniques Screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and coordinating selection processes Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines Supporting employer branding and attraction strategies, including social media activity Providing market insight and recruitment best practice advice Ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for all candidates You will bring:
Previous experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency (professional services experience essential) Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Confidence in direct sourcing and headhunting candidates Excellent communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools If you're a driven recruiter who is proactive and commercially minded and available at short notice, please get in touch for more information.
