3) to join their team in the Torbay Area with hybrid working options. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR support and advice, manage complex employee relations cases, and lead HR projects.
This role offers both full-time fixed-term and part-time permanent opportunities with competitive pay rates. The ideal applicant will need a CIPD Level 7 qualification and must demonstrate a strong understanding of UK employment law.
