The role of a Recruitment Consultant consists of:

• Conducting market research, studying market trends and communicating findings
• Sourcing new candidates through advertising, networking, research and headhunting
• Assessing candidates experience, arranging interviews and managing interview processes
• Guiding candidates and clients through the hiring process, offering advice and coaching where needed

A Graduate Recruitment Consultant will need to have:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build long-lasting relationships with individuals across board.
• An interest in Digital Media and IT
