Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Team USA

Salary: £26,000 + uncapped commission, unlimited progression, full training provided.

Hours:

10:30 am–7 pm Monday‑Thursday, 8 am–4 pm Friday.

Bristol, City Centre.

Description:

This role is for a career‑driven, tenacious individual looking to work within our US division. You will win clients through business development, interview candidates, and manage full 360‑recruitment projects to completion. You will be a trusted recruitment partner, responsible for the full lifecycle of placements. The team is high‑energy and growing, with opportunities for US travel or relocation, including an expansion office in Miami.
