We're looking for a recruiter with a strong track record in the Embedded Software market to join our Defence practice. You'll work closely with defence primes, high-growth scale-ups and specialist consultancies, using your market knowledge and network to deliver talent into complex, high-impact programmes. This is a chance to own a niche, high-value vertical and make it your own. You'll be confident with senior stakeholders, sharp in a competitive market, and genuinely engaged with the embedded landscape.
