Associate Director, Learning, Culture & Inclusion

The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Associate Director of People Learning, Culture and Inclusion for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Cheshire West and Chester Area. This position focuses on leading strategies for people development and organisational learning, enhancing culture, engagement, and inclusion within a high-performing cancer care environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in people development, demonstrated expertise in creating a culture of equity and inclusion, and strong leadership and communication skills. This role collaborates with senior leaders to ensure compliance with NHS standards.
