The Royal Air Force is seeking an HR People Specialist to join their team, providing professional service and welfare support to personnel based in the UK and abroad. This diverse role involves advising on pay and allowances, preparing personnel for deployment, and providing welfare support. Applicants must be 16 years or older and able to commit to at least three years following training.
The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
This position also offers a £5,250 Golden Hello to eligible candidates.
