- HR Advisor – Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) - Drive forward EDI strategy and initiatives, embedding inclusive practices across the workforce and supporting organisational culture change.
About the Role
In both positions, you’ll work as part of a professional HR team delivering high-quality, customer-focused services. You will:
- Provide expert HR advice on a range of areas.
- Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, restructures and TUPE
- Lead on complex investigations and casework, ensuring fair, evidence-based outcomes
- Support and coach managers through formal processes, promoting best practice and compliance
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures aligned with legislation and organisational needs
- Analyse HR data and trends to inform strategic improvements
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including trade unions and senior leaders

- Have good experience in employee relations and complex case management
- Can confidently influence, challenge and support stakeholders at all levels
- Bring specialist expertise in Job Evaluation, or a passion and track record in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
- Are proactive, analytical and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes

- Excellent Pension – Secure your future with the Local Government Pension Scheme
- Generous Holiday Allowance – Plenty of time to rest, recharge and enjoy life outside work
- Flexible Working – Enjoy a great work–life balance with a hybrid setup: just 1 day in the office, the rest from home
