Overview

TRAINEE LEGAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – A graduate/trainee position with a highly successful Bristol based recruitment consultancy operating nationally in the up‑market legal recruitment field. The role offers the opportunity to work with top national law firms.

• After training, work on high value placements for existing clients that include top national law firms.
• Provide a fully professional service to candidates and clients.
• Form warm and professional relationships with clients, including partner level lawyers.
• Operate a live desk in Bristol and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.

• Good team member with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good academic record to degree level (degree not essential).
• Competent with Word, Excel, case management systems and general IT.
• Extremely outgoing personality and highly professional attitude.
• Confidence to form and maintain professional relationships with senior clients.

• One‑to‑one training and a very active live desk experience.
• Uncapped commission with huge earning potential for a legal recruitment consultant.
