Recruitment Consultant – Permanent

United Kingdom

At Delaware UK, our in‑house Talent Acquisition & Recruitment team is building an AI‑enabled talent function and we’re looking for a recruiter to help shape it. This role is suited to someone in the early to mid‑stages of their career, with around 1–3 years of experience. You’ll recruit across all areas of our business – early careers, back‑office/support, consulting and technology hires within the SAP and Microsoft practices – and you’ll actively hunt for talent rather than wait for applications.

What

you will be doing
  • Managing recruitment end to end: taking briefs, drafting ads, screening, coordinating interviews via Interview Central, handling offers and onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, agree approach and keep them updated.
  • Actively hunting for talent through Linked In, referrals, talent pools and creative sourcing.
  • Owning a brilliant candidate experience.
  • Leveraging AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, recruitment technology) to draft adverts, screen, schedule and reduce admin.
  • Keeping our applicant tracking system (SAP Success Factors) accurate and using data for pipelines and reporting.
  • Adapting to a changing market and shifting priorities.
  • Championing our employer brand.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, in‑house or agency.
  • Experience recruiting for SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple roles and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive headhunter who actively seeks talent.
  • Curious about AI and excited to use tools like Copilot.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: natural communicator and relationship‑builder.
  • Organised, self‑sufficient, adaptable and able to take ownership in a small, hands‑on team.
  • Willingness to work across all recruitment areas; early careers or back‑office experience a plus.
  • Alignment with the company values.
What to expect
  • Scenario interview with Recruitment Lead – Rhylan Harris.
  • Scenario interview with Chief of Staff – Kaity Cloke.
  • Scenario interview with Operations Director and UK Partner.
  • Right to work

Please note that you must have the right to work in the UK by the time you commence employment. Those shortlisted for interview will be asked to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK. Delaware holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship is not guaranteed for all roles.
