Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to join a business where quality, relationships and market expertise come before KPIs?

Now they are looking to welcome another experienced consultant as they continue to grow across the UK.

This isn't a high-volume recruitment environment. You'll work on specialist Sales assignments where clients often require very specific industry knowledge, technical expertise or experience within niche sectors. If you enjoy taking detailed briefs, headhunting passive candidates and delivering a consultative service, you'll feel right at home.

The founders are passionate about creating a supportive environment where recruiters are trusted to do their jobs.

There are no unrealistic KPI targets or micromanagement. Instead, they value accountability, collaboration and delivering an outstanding service to clients and candidates alike.

Initially, you'll be building and developing your own desk, giving you the opportunity to create something of your own while being fully supported by two experienced founders and team.

• Previous experience as a Permanent 360 Recruitment Consultant. Ideally over 2 years.
• A background in professional services or another specialist white-collar recruitment sector.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence taking detailed client briefs and managing the full recruitment process.
• Excellent headhunting and candidate networking abilities.
• A consultative, ethical approach to recruitment.

• £35,000–£38,000 basic salary DOE
• 20% over £5,000 monthly billings rising to 30%
