Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record of hiring Technology and Product talent. (This is not a role for someone who relies on job adverts and waits for applications to arrive). We need a proactive talent hunter with a direct sourcing mindset, someone who thrives on identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional talent before competitors do.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Technology, and Leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, strong stakeholder management capability, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly matrixed organisation.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Technology and Product functions.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and hard-to-find talent.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities and hiring requirements.
- Challenge, influence, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure realistic and successful hiring outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences from first engagement through to offer acceptance.
- Use market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor research to inform hiring strategies.
- Work collaboratively across a complex, multi-layered matrix environment, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Troi whilst onsite with our client.
- Demonstrable experience recruiting for Technology and Product roles, including Engineering, Software Development, Product Management, Data, Architecture, and related functions.
- Proven success in direct sourcing and headhunting passive talent through Linked In Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and other proactive channels.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence, challenge, and educate hiring managers where necessary.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the technology talent market.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, using insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organised.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Building high-quality talent pipelines before roles become urgent.
- Consistently delivering outstanding Technology and Product hires.
- Becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Driving proactive recruitment strategies rather than reactive recruitment activity.
- Creating strong partnerships across the business to support growth and transformation initiatives.
Troi is evolving, and this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our future and making a colossal impact with our clients.
You’ll join a collaborative team where your expertise, market knowledge, and ability to influence will directly contribute to organisational success.
