You will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations while upholding a positive and high-performing culture aligned with The Standard brand.
Collaborate with department heads, manage recruitment for line-level roles, coordinate benefits, training, and Open Enrollment, and ensure confidential handling of employee records.
