HR Advisor

Two x HR Advisor Fixed Term Contracts! 12 months Hybrid Working | Bristol Are you an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys the variety of both project work and hands-on HR advisory support? We're looking for two x HR Advisors to join a collaborative HR team, playing a key role in delivering people initiatives, supporting organisational change, and providing commercially focused HR advice across the business.

What you'll be doing These are diverse roles one focusing on generalist HR Advisory and the other more so on HR project delivery, change management and business partnering, offering exposure to a broad range of strategic and operational HR activities. You'll:
Support and coordinate HR and business projects from planning through to delivery Track project milestones, maintain action plans and provide stakeholder updates Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and drive outcomes Support change and continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, absence, flexible working and wellbeing Coach stakeholders on talent management, succession planning and employee engagement Build strong relationships across the business and provide practical, commercially focused HR support About you We're interested in speaking with HR professionals who have:
Strong generalist HR experience and up-to-date employment law knowledge Experience managing or supporting HR projects and change initiatives Employee relations expertise and confidence advising managers Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills A commercial, solutions-focused approach Experience using people data and metrics to support decision-making Why apply?
