12 Month Fixed-Term Contract The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a busy Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous recruitment administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Supporting experienced hire recruitment across UK offices, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers and candidates to ensure the recruitment and onboarding process runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate interviews, assessments and recruitment activities across UK offices. Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for experienced hires. Arrange and track pre-employment screening and right-to-work checks. Coordinate new starter onboarding activities, including buddy allocations and IT equipment requests. Manage queries received through the Talent Acquisition mailbox and Workday Help portal. Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment and HR records.
Assist with the preparation of recruitment reports and candidate data. Build effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders. Support the delivery of a positive candidate and new joiner experience through high-quality administration and attention to detail. Person Specification Essential Skills & Experience Previous administrative experience within a recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition function. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience using Workday. Knowledge of onboarding processes, pre-employment screening and right-to-work checks. Experience producing recruitment reports and maintaining candidate data.
