* Attractive salary and benefits We are delighted to be partnering with an established manufacturing organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join its HR team based in Count Antrim/Mid Ulster (a short commute from Antrim town). This is a 12 month maternity contract offering an immediate opportunity to provide comprehensive HR support within a busy, fast paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to broaden their generalist and learning and development experience within an established organisation.

Working closely with the Group HR Director and wider HR team, the successful candidate will contribute to HR strategy, employee engagement, learning initiatives and effective day to day people support. The Role:

* Provide confidential HR advice and support to employees and managers
* Support employee relations matters, including absence, capability, disciplinary and grievance processes
* Coordinate onboarding, recruitment, exit interviews and employee records
* Maintain HR KPIs and support HR projects and policy development
* Manage engagement communications, employee surveys and internal events
* Support training needs analysis, mandatory training, apprenticeships and development pathways

The Person :
* Experience in a generalist HR advisory role
* Strong communication, organisation and relationship building skills
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience
* Experience of working in a HR role within a fast paced, manufacturing/engineering/construction/production led environment would be advantageous The Rewards:
