Looking for an opportunity to grow your client base, develop your own specialist market and earn excellent commission as part of an established business going through an exciting period of growth? Delve Search is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our US team at our Northwich HQ.

We're an established specialist recruitment business with a strong reputation in technical recruitment, working with interesting businesses across the US. As our team continues to grow, we're looking for someone who understands recruitment, enjoys building relationships and wants to make a real impact. You'll have the opportunity to work with technical companies across America, develop existing client relationships, win new business and build your own network within a specialist market — all backed by a competitive basic salary and an uncapped commission structure.

What Will You Be Doing? You'll manage the full recruitment process, working closely with clients and candidates across the US to deliver successful placements and build long-term relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing relationships with existing clients. Identifying new business opportunities and winning new clients. Sourcing, approaching and engaging with technical candidates. Proactively canvassing strong candidates to prospective clients. Taking detailed job briefs and understanding clients' recruitment needs. Managing vacancies from initial brief through to offer and placement. Negotiating salaries, managing offers and successfully closing placements. Developing your own network, reputation and expertise within your chosen market.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment, is confident picking up the phone and understands the importance of delivering a quality service to both clients and candidates.

Please note:

Due to the US time difference, you'll be required to work a later shift of approximately 11am–8pm, three days per week. What Are We Looking For? We're interested in speaking with experienced recruitment consultants who have a background in technical or specialist recruitment. Your experience might be within:
Engineering or Manufacturing Technology or IT Electronics or Semiconductors Scientific or other technical markets You'll ideally have experience managing client relationships, developing new business and running recruitment assignments through to completion. Just as importantly, you'll be commercially minded, motivated by success and comfortable building relationships through regular conversations with clients and candidates. You'll take pride in your work, follow an effective recruitment process and want to contribute to a supportive, values-driven team.

What's On Offer? Up to £45,000 basic salary , depending on experience. Uncapped commission with the opportunity to earn in line with your performance. Hybrid working, based from our Northwich office.
